Stourhead Autumn Walk 2009

On the bus we were very excited about what we might see and do at Stourhead.

We dropped off our bags and started our walk. In a tree den we shared the story of Hansel and Gretel.

In our groups we had to try and create trails using different natural materials that we could find.

Then we arrived at the Witch's cottage, it was quite scary!

Back in the classroom we ate our packed lunches - they were delicious.

In the afternoon we did a scavenger hunt. We had to find and collect different things.

On the way back we were very wet,

but we all had a good time anyway!
