Spellings: this weeks words are connectives

Maths: work on fractions. Red/orange groups - Fraction Lines and Common Denominators. Yellow/green groups - Catch the Kite and Fraction Teams.

Science:(to be used in science on Tuesday, 13th Jan) As part of our Keeping Healthy Topic, we need to keep a food and drink record for 1 day this w/e. We will then compare our consumption with the Food Triangle in class.
This term spelling tests will be on a Friday so spelling logs need to be completed by then. Children will gain a house point for completeing their log.
Mostly Homework will be given for one week and hand in day is a Friday. Sometimes work is needed for specific lessons so will need to be brought in on a specified day. Any work for Mrs Roost will need to be in school on Wednesdays. The children should have a record of the homework they have to do in their work diaries, their spelling and reading logs are also in their work diaries. It is their responsibility to keep their work diary up to date.
