Depending on the security settings on your computer, you may need to enable the macros in order for the Excel document to fully 'work'. This is particularly the case if you wish to use the resource in school (as you would), as the security settings tend to be on the highest level and default back to this level each and every time you try to use them. In order to make the excel document work you need to do the following....

1. Click on the File you wish to view and open with Microsoft Excel

2. When the file opens go to 'Tools', 'Macro' and then select 'Security'

|
 3. Select the 'Low' security setting and the file should now be fully interactive. If you saved the file to your computer first, or already had it on your machine or portable disk, you may need to do the above, then save, close and re-open for it to work properly.
